1. How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order as far in advance as you can. However, the latest you can place your order is the day before the date of delivery. Cut off time is 6pm
2. Do you offer custom cupcake/ cake designs?
Yes! All our cakes & cupcakes are tailored towards your individual specifications. Just let us know your vision while ordering and we will bring it to life.
3. What happens after I make payment?
You will be contacted via the Whatsapp number you input at checkout to finalize details such as time of delivery, etc & a receipt containing a detailed report of everything you ordered will also be sent

5. Do you take bulk/ corporate orders?
Yes!! We do take corporate orders for all occasions such as work event, wedding etc. Kindly Whatsapp us on 0506826544 so we discuss your vision in detail.
6. What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the date of delivery to receive a full refund (minus transfer charges). Cancellations made less than 48 hours may not be eligible for a full refund due to prep already in progress.
7. Do you have a storefront I can visit?
We are currently an online-based bakery only. Orders are placed in advance via our website.
8. Do you deliver cakes/ cupcakes?
Currently we do not offer delivery. You can either pick up via our dispatch point in Sowutuom or use Courier services such as Uber, Yango & Bolt.
9. Can I make changes to my order after booking?
Changes (like flavor, wording, quantity) may be made up to 24 hours before your date of delivery. Major design changes may incur an additional fee or may not be possible if its less than 24 hours
10. How to store cakes/ cupcakes?
You can store in an airtight container if it will be eaten in 2 days or less. However, for any period longer than that, we recommend freezing in an airtight container. Our products freeze very well. When ready to eat, bring out to thaw for about 30 mins and enjoy!! There will be no difference in taste and texture.

Unfortunately not. All orders are taken through our website and payment validates the order.
